Founder and Principal Dmitri Kovarskiy has over 30 years of experience as a medical massage therapist and holistic health professional. His integrated approach to healing and comprehensive knowledge of the human body has helped thousands of people recover their health, avoid unnecessary medications and surgeries, manage stress, and enjoy a pain-free life. Dmitri continues to expand his knowledge to provide his clients outstanding care.
In 1990, he completed his first specialized training in medical massage and immediately began practicing in a physical therapy and rehabilitation department in a regional hospital of Tula, Russia. Upon moving to the United States, he earned a degree at the Swedish Institute of Massage and Allied Science and received his New York State license in 1996.

Working with medical doctors and chiropractors, as well as out of top NYC gyms and spas (Equinox, JCC of Manhattan, Reebok Club, and Four Seasons Hotel and Spa), Dmitri has built his professional reputation and a devoted clientele . 

Dmitri provides his corporate clients with on-site bodywork and the necessary education to prevent work related muscle tension and screen related eye fatigue.

Dmitri is trained and certified as a SCENAR therapist (training by Yuri Mashikhin and Dr Josef Semikatov), 

Visceral and Neural Manipulation techniques (training by Dr Jean-Pierre Barral) and Biomagnetic Pair therapist (training by Dr David Goiz).

Currently in his private practice, Dmitri is able to use his unique integrated approach to heal New Yorkers and clients from all over the world.
